How to sign in

  1. Go to mail.whysharedmail.com.
  2. Enter your full email address, for example you@yourdomain.com.
  3. Enter your mailbox password — the one set when the email account was created in cPanel.
  4. Click Sign in. Your inbox opens straight away.

Webmail is run by WhySharedMail, our email service. Always check the address bar shows https://mail.whysharedmail.com before you type your password.

Forgot your password?

Log in to cPanel from your WhyShared account, open Email Accounts, click Manage next to the mailbox and set a new password. If you’re stuck, email support@whyshared.com.

Mail app settings

To use Outlook, Apple Mail, Gmail or your phone’s mail app instead, add an IMAP account with these settings. Your username is always your full email address.

  • Incoming (IMAP): mx.whysharedmail.com, port 993, SSL/TLS
  • Outgoing (SMTP): mx.whysharedmail.com, port 465, SSL/TLS
  • Username: your full email address · Password: your mailbox password

Yes. Webmail works in any mobile browser. You can also add your mailbox to the Mail, Gmail or Outlook app using the settings on this page.
