Review documents without printing them

Annotate PDF gives you the tools for reviewing drafts and approving paperwork: sticky notes that open when clicked, and bold rubber-stamp marks. Notes are saved as standard PDF comments, so the person you send the file to sees them in Acrobat, Preview or their browser, and can reply or delete them there.

For marking specific words, Highlight PDF adds highlights, underlines and strike-outs with optional comments.
