Share spreadsheets as clean, printable pages
Sending a spreadsheet as PDF keeps people from accidentally changing figures and makes it print predictably. Excel to PDF lays out each worksheet using its page setup: print areas, orientation, scaling and repeated header rows are respected, and charts are included. A CSV file becomes a simple table.
For the best result, set the print area and choose Fit to page width in Excel before converting wide sheets.
