Fix scans that came out sideways
Scanners and phone cameras often save landscape pages on their side, or one page upside down in the middle of a document. Rotating a page here changes how it is stored in the PDF, so it opens the right way up in every reader, on every device, every time. Nothing on the page is redrawn or recompressed, so text, links and image quality are untouched.
