Complete any PDF form without printing it
If the form has fillable fields, they appear as boxes you can type into, tick or choose from, exactly where they sit on the page. Your answers are saved into the form's own fields, so the file stays a proper fillable form, which many online portals and HR systems expect. Tick Flatten before saving if you want to lock the answers so they can't be changed.
Many forms are just scanned or printed pages with lines to write on. For those, switch to Add text and click wherever you need to type, type an X in any boxes, and add your signature with Sign. Everything is in the same workspace.
